At All About Health we have always been strongly committed to helping our patients with all their health care needs. While OHIP covers most aspects of your health care, OHIP does not cover the cost of all of the services provided to our patients.

The demand for uninsured services has risen dramatically in the last several years. By enrolling in the Annual Block Fee program, it will reduce the amount of time our office staff spends on administrative tasks, improving the efficiency of the care we provide to you and your family.

We are pleased to offer several new services to our patients to make health care for you and your family more convenient.  Online booking, digital correspondence, and prescription renewal will be included, among other services, in the Annual Block Fee.

By choosing to make one annual payment, you will be covered for many uninsured services, and will not be billed separately for individual services not covered by OHIP.

To sign up for the Annual Block Fee you can complete the form online and an invoice will be emailed to you.

OR  If you would prefer to pay by mail for the Annual Block Fee the introductory letter has a detachable portion that you can print off and mail in with either a cheque or your credit card information.

OR You can sign up and pay in person at the clinic in cash or cheque (made out to: All About Health Inc.)

Individual $125

2 Person Household $150

Family (3 or more people in a household) $175
