A Letter from Dr. Rolla Ibrahim Family Physician

Dear Patient, I am writing to share some good news about my practice.

After many wonderful years at All About Health, I will be transitioning to Newmarket Medical Clinic, where I will be practising full-time.

This move allows me to devote my full attention to my patients, and I am very much looking forward to this next chapter. My last day at All About Health will be Thursday, August 27, 2026, and I look forward to welcoming you to my new office beginning Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

What This Means for You

You do not need to do anything. Your medical care will continue without interruption, and you will remain under my care as your family physician. Your medical records will be securely transferred to my new office at no cost to you.

Booking an Appointment

Beginning September 1, 2026, appointments may be booked online through our website, by email, or by telephoning our office. Should you require follow-up care after my departure from All About Health, we would be pleased to arrange your appointment at Newmarket Medical Clinic.

If You Prefer Not to Transfer

If you do not wish to continue under my care at Newmarket Medical Clinic, please notify All About Health before August 27, 2026, by contacting their office. If we do not hear from you, your care and medical records will transfer with me to my new practice.

Please note that All About Health will not be assigning you to another physician at the clinic. If you choose not to transfer with me, you will be responsible for finding a new family physician on your own.

It has been a privilege to care for you and your family at All About Health, and I am sincerely grateful for the trust you have placed in me over the years. I am delighted to be continuing that care at Newmarket Medical Clinic, and I look forward to seeing you at my new office.

Warm regards,

Dr. Rolla Ibrahim Family Physician

All About Health is using AI

All About Health is open 364 days of the year, 9-12 hours every day, with 10 full-time family physicians.

We receive an average of 220 incoming faxes every day.

We receive, on average, 410 incoming phone calls every day.

On a typical weekday we see 250 patients in-office.

To help us be faster and more efficient we now use AI tools throughout the clinic.

We use an AI to help us search and sort the incoming faxes.

Our doctors now use an AI in the exam rooms to help them do their notes faster and in multiple languages.

In the next few weeks we will start using an AI receptionist that will be able to answer questions, and book or cancel appointments. It will be able to communicate in multiple languages and to answer multiple calls simultaneously.

All About Health takes data security seriously. All our AI tools are hosted in Canada, subject to Canadian data protection laws, and only stored for the purposes it was collected for the minimum amount of time needed.

Thank you.

October 10, 2025

The publicly funded RSV vaccine for adults 75 and older is now available at our clinic for patients rostered at our clinic.  It is available by appointment only, please call our clinic to make an appointment with your family doctor.

Thank you.

September 18, 2025

As we enter cough and flu season, All About Health encourages all eligible patients to get their flu shots.

Per the government of Ontario, publicly funded flu shots will be available starting on October 27, 2025 for everyone 6 months of age and older who lives, works or goes to school in Ontario. Please check with the front office for availability and to book your appointment.

Thank you.

September 18, 2025

In Ontario, RSV protection is available through a publicly funded program for specific groups: all infants born in 2024 or after, high-risk children up to 24 months, and adults 75 and older (starting this fall 2025). The program also covers certain high-risk adults aged 60-74, like those in long-term care. Pregnant individuals can receive an RSV vaccine to protect their newborns.

At this time RSV vaccine in-office is currently available for infants only. It will be available this fall (date to be determined by the Ontario Ministry of Health) in-office for those 75 years old and older. Please check with the front desk for availability and appointment booking.

Thank you.
