What are the clinic hours?

 

Our typical clinic hours are as follows:

 

Monday: 8:30 AM - 5 PM                Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM           Saturday: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Wednesday 7:00 AM - 8 PM           Sunday: 7AM - 5 PM

Thursday 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM

 

Please note that our physicians each set their own clinic hours and may differ from regular clinic hours.  Hours are subject to change.  View our physician's monthly schedule hereAll About Health is not a walk-in clinic.  There are days that we have general walk-ins available but it is not every day.  For rostered patients looking for the soonest appointment available with their family doctor or one of the other physician's at our clinic please call the clinic for same day appointment availability.

 

** COVID-19 UPDATE **

 

All About Health continues to make in-person appointments for our patients.  Phone appointments are also available.  

 

Please be advised that surgical or fabric face masks must be worn inside the clinic.  We are unable to provide masks for our patients, please bring your own. Alcohol sanitizer is available at the clinic.  There is limited seating in the waiting room at All About Heal in order to maintain social distancing.  If you exceed our waiting room capacity, you will be asked to wait outside.

What do I do after hours?

If you are experiencing a life threatening emergency please call 911.

 

If your medical need is urgent please go to your closest emergency room or urgent care clinic.  

 

If it is after hours and you need advice as to if you should go to the ER you can call:

Are you a walk-in clinic?

All About Health is not a walk-in clinic; however, our physicians will accept walk-ins as they are able to based on their schedule.  

 

In order to minimize wait time and guarantee service from your health care provider please schedule an appointment online or by phone.  More information on how to schedule an appointment can be found here.

Do I need OHIP coverage?

If you do not have a valid Ontario Healthcard (OHIP) you will be charged for your visit. 

 

If you have an invalid Healthcard but are eligible for OHIP coverage you will be given instructions as to how you can get a refund.  

 

If you are from out of province you will be given a receipt that you can submit to your provincial healthcare agency (not an option for Quebec) for reimbursement.   If you are from Out of Country you will be given a receipt that you can submit to your travel insurance for reimbursement.  If your travel insurance requires their own form filled out please make sure you bring it with you to your appointment. 

 

For those belonging to the Interim Federal Health (IFH) program for refugees you will need to bring your certificate of coverage to every visit.  There is an administrative fee payable at each visit. 

Fees for those without OHIP coverage are as follows:

 

IFH - $20

Invalid Healthcard - $40

Out of Province - $40

Out of Country - $80

 

At present, we are only able to accept cash.

Are you accepting new patients?

At present, the physicians at All About Health are not accepting new patients into their family practices.  We are still able to see patients for whom we are not the family doctor by appointments or on a walk-in basis.

What languages are spoken at the clinic?

All About Health is an English speaking clinic.  Though some of our administrative staff and physicians may be able to communicate in other languages we cannot guarantee that specific language support is available on any given day. 

 

Dr. Jiang is able to provide care in Mandarin.  Dr. Saini is able to provide care in Punjabi.

Are animals allowed into the clinic?

Service animals are permitted in our clinic.  All About Health does our best to accommodate the needs of our patients; however, support animals or pets will not be permitted on our premises.
