Can I come into the office if I am experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19, suspected exposure, or have tested positive with COVID-19?
If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or confirmed exposure, whether you are showing symptoms or not, we ask that you not come into the clinic until your 14 day quarantine is over or you have a negative COVID test.
If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 we would ask you to have a negative test before coming into the clinic.
We are happy to do telephone consultations in place of in person visits for anything necessary in the interim.

Where do I go if I am experiencing symptoms of COVID-19?
COVID testing is not available at our clinic. To have a COVID test you will need to go to a COVID testing location. In Richmond Hill this is arranged through Mackenzie Health. You can call patient scheduling at (905) 883- 2004 or book online through your MyChart account.
